The location is close to the "Bois de Boulogne" and enjoy the proximity of numerous transportation with 2 close metro lines stations: the 9 (toward the right bank of the Seine) and the 10 (toward left bank - direct to the Quartier Latin) as well as the RER C in opposite Seine bank (10' walk) leading to Paris center or Versailles.

It is benefiting from a south-east exposure, is full of light and located in the 5th floor, with a nice view (you see the view from the balcony).

The studio has been renovated recently (see the photos in the Image Gallery section). The rent includes an underground cellar for extra storage.

It is suitable for a long stay (6 months or more) for a single or a couple. Two extra persons can be added thanks to the convertible sofa.
